You will receive high resolution photographs in 6-11MB per file at approximately 30cm by 46cm in both colour & black & white as well the ability to download all images in low resolution for online use. Images are digitally delivered unless you have purchased a USB delivery of the wedding images.

Skin retouching services are not included. If you instruct the Photographer to remove things such as fine lines, shadows or blemishes, skin editing etc, the Photographer will charge from $33.00 per image. For clarity, the Photographer’s online wedding albums have not had any skin editing.

Copyright shall always remain with Lost In Love Pty Ltd unless otherwise negotiated. You are the licensee and have the right to use any images taken for your personal use only.
You have permission to post the wedding photographs to social media so long as there is always a visible credit to @lostinlove_photography.
We may share a small selection of your photos on our socials. We may share some of your photos with your vendors. Please let us know if you would prefer your photos to stay private.
Images cannot be sold or redistributed or used by any other business/campaign unless otherwise negotiated. If you wish to do this, you must contact us for a quote.
A meal is expected to be provided if our team is working throughout lunch or dinner time.
Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughout a set of photographs. Lighting is beyond the control of our photographer and we will not be held responsible for lighting.
In the event the allocated photographer is unable to attend on the scheduled date, a suitably qualified photographer will be made available. All our photographers are carefully selected, having regard to both technical and creative skills.

If you for any reason need to reschedule your wedding, please get in touch. A rescheduling fee of $500 may occur depending on your circumstances.
If the wedding is cancelled for any reason (that is non COVID-19 related) and you have paid the entire invoice in full, you will receive a 50% refund on the total invoice amount
You will receive a link to a downloadable album containing wedding photographs within 8 weeks following the wedding date. If you want to have a small selection of your images earlier, you must inform us and add the express delivery option to the package.
We may use photographs taken on your wedding day on our website or social media, please get in touch if you would like your album to remain private.
