We adore photographing wedding styling especially when it’s styled by the girls at Creating Beautiful. Shades of pink paired with contrasting black candles and gold accents, pampas grass and turned out rose petals, these are just a few of our favourite things! Enjoy and we hope you get some wedding style inspiration!
Beautiful Ange + Daniel held their elegant wedding at our all time favourite venue, Stones Of The Yarra Valley. With a gorgeous colour theme of nudes, dusty pinks and pops of red, sugar bee flowers put together the most stunning floral arrangements. Angela wore a gorgeous wedding dress by Mariana Hardwick featuring delicate floral applique, a plunging V neckline and a high split. The sheer floating shoulder pieces dotting with floral applique followed Angela playfully in the breeze. We can’t not mention Angela’s insanely gorgeous Jimmy Choo pearl heels and her elegant Maison Sebben pearl earrings holding a delicately folded gold petal. Angela’s reception wedding dress was by Jason Grech and featured the most stunning beaded corset paired with a short tulle skirt. Daniel looked uber sharp in a Jack Black suit. The bridesmaids wore pastel pink dresses Shona Joy.
There was not a dry eye in the room throughout their ceremony! Between formalities they enjoyed a stroll around the beautiful grounds of Stones Of The Yarra Valley. Ange and Daniel took our advice and had Like This Band get the dance floor started… And going till the end!
A classic winery wedding styled with fresh crisp florals, complete with sweet tunes and page Prosecco bonbonniere; Ally + Dean curated a beautiful selection of elements that married perfectly on the day.
Tobi Tobi set the vibe by filling the intimate chapel with sweet tunes. Wootton and Nicholls put together the most beautiful combinations of crisp white and pale pink roses alongside white orchids and fresh greenery, we adored the way the floral instillation on a simple backdrop created a frame around Ally + Dean throughout the ceremony. Ally looked incredible in a modern dress by One Day Bridal, the personalised back side panels gave some intricacy to the simplistic geometric lines of the gowns silhouette.
These two were just the sweetest and really made the most of their moments together, including their finale dance under the festive lights!

The fun loving Karen + Gary travelled all the way from Hong Kong to the Yarra Valley to have their destination wedding at the very beautiful Stones Of The Yarra Valley.
Combining a modern ceremony with an outdoor Chinese tea ceremony, their day was simple and elegant. Beautiful pastel pink and white roses decorated the tables + chandeliers draped from the ceiling of the barn. Like This band got the party started with a Conga line & the couple danced their way out under a line of sparklers.

Van + Will held a traditional tea ceremony surrounded by family, followed by a Christian church ceremony at one of the most beautiful church’ in Melbourne - St Brendans church Flemington. The pastel blue walls and large arched windows reflect a beautiful soft light throughout and create an elegant fresh take on a normally moody and dark ceremony option.
The couple chose Melbourne CBD to take some portraits in a modern setting with architectural lines being the focus. The sharp angles and structural lines juxtaposed to the curved & flow of Vans incredible couture wedding gown by Jason Grech. We are absolutely obsessed with Vans stunning wedding dress, the full skirt and oversized bow was an absolute treat to photograph!
Congratulations again to the gorgeous Van + Will.

Cass + Louis have us completely Lost In Love with their youthful love and beautiful energy.
Inspired by a New York rooftop, Styled By Coco did the most incredible job transforming the already beautiful space at Circa - The Deck. Geometric shapes, semi circle black velvet lounges and gold tables decorated with pops of pink & red florals. In theme cocktails such as Cosmopolitans, Manhattans and Espresso Martini’s were served at the pale blue bar.
Cass + Louis both looked incredible. Cass’ Balmain-esque gown was designed and created by the talented J’Aton.
Filmed by our faves - Moon & Back Co.

Its always a good idea to employ a wedding stylist to make your day extra beautiful with a theme that runs thoughtfully and consistently through all elements. We adore this ‘Drunk in love’ theme styling by the uber talented Nadalie at Harper & Co. The pink, gold and black colour palette, beautifully complement the modern space of The Deck at Prince Hotel. The tables were adorned with bunches of pink roses, pastel blue/grey orchids and deep maroon foliage, along side gold cutlery, white & grey linen and contrasted black candles. Festively welcoming the guests were big pastel pink oversized floating balloons.

Far from the old school dingy wedding reception venues, Yarra Valley has raised the industry standard by delivering impeccable cuisine and fine wines complimented by a backdrop of the visually stunning Yarra Valley. Having photographed venues all over the world, Yarra Valley is home to some of our favourite wedding venues. Here are our top 5.
Stones Of The Yarra Valley
As most of you know Stones is a fave of ours for SO many reasons. It’s hard to know where to start. Besides the fact that the grounds are absolutely stunning and for some reason as soon as you drive down that beautiful oak lined driveway your worries seem to melt away.
The Stones Of The Yarra Valley is a well oiled machine; each and every wedding is just as seamless and perfect as the next. It’s a true reflection of owners, Vonnie & Steve’s phenomenal leadership skills and high expectations. From the stunning Yarra Valley views, to the beautifully manicured grounds, intimate chapel and converted barn, all the way to their sustainability efforts. We could actually go on forever, but as they say, a photo speaks a thousand words, and we’ve definitely spent a bit of time photographing this beautiful property. Here are some of our faves :)

2. Zonzo Estate Yarra Valley
We love how Rob, the owner of Zonzo Estate, has transformed the property to reflect his passion for Napa Valley and it’s modern architecture and contrasting balance of wood & steal. The stunning views framed by the dark interior of the dining room, creates a warm intimate experience, perfect for a big long table feast shared with all of your faves.
We can’t help but feel at home while sharing a delicious roast lamb and let’s not forget to mention the most authentic woodfire pizza’s. The addition of the Zonzo Estate wines has got us hooked! Our favourite wine being the 2015 Zonzo Shiraz .
3. Coombe Estate Yarra Valley
The history, elegance, beauty and romance of Coombe Yarra Valley makes it one of the most unique luxury wedding venues in Australia. Once the home of the world famous singer Dame Nellie Melba, Coombe Estate is surrounded by stunning award winning gardens - perfect for wedding portraits. In contrast to it’s history, the architecturally stunning restaurant is the perfect setting to indulge in exquisite seasonal, gourmet and predominantly estate-grown cuisine.
4. Yering Station
When we think about Yering Station, we think afternoons sipping aperitifs on the lawn & pastel peach hued sunsets over the valley. The restaurants high ceilings and modern architecture, create an open light filled space, grand yet relaxed. With multiple ceremony location options, this venue has endless opportunities.
5. Levantine Hill Yarra Valley
If you are all about fine dining and fine wine, Lavantine Hill is the place for you! With a seven course degustation menu on offer, this truely is an indulgent experience all about food and wine. The modern architecture, earthy woods and metallic accents sets a stunning scene to celebrate your nuptials with your nearest and dearest.
